About

These days I build automation systems that cut manual work and fix broken CRM setups. Right now I'm focused on AI and business automation, mostly internal tools and CRM systems. I'm trilingual (German, Bosnian, English), which has made it easier to work with clients across different countries without communication being the bottleneck.

  • AI Lead Router
Leads are processed via Zapier, flowing into a sub-zap that directs them to Trigger.dev. There, an AI-driven system routes them according to predefined rules, ultimately concluding their journey in Close CRM.
